Legal and Advice

Although we hope everyone enjoys the Spanish atmosphere and the friendly attitude by the locals we must bring to your attention some of the regulations which you must be aware of:

• In Spain a fishing license is required by each province to be fished, (this will be arranged prior to arrival).
• Fishing is only permitted from 0600 to midnight.
• No "bivvying" or fly camping.
• Anyone using a boat with an engine more than 14 HP must have a small boat handling license.
• We advocate a catch and return policy to maintain this as a prime fishing location.
• Please ensure that you arrange your own insurance when on holiday as, Caspe Fishing, cannot be held responsible for accidents.
• We strongly recommend the new European health form with you. This can be obtained from your local post office in the UK.
• If special medicines are required please ensure an adequate supply is brought with you.
• Please be advised that due to the layout of the flat, wheelchair access is not possible.
• We have included the above for guidance and hope it does not detract from our guests enjoyment.
